I'd love to share some scans ('specially if I could get them translated; I'm taking Japanese but I dont' know enuf translate yet) but, unfortunately, I don't have access to a scanner. I'll have to see if I can find someone with a scanner 'cause I spend way too much on yaoi manga and it'd be nice to share some...

Yes - it will be finished.My friend form Altar of Fire knows people who make translations (very fast).I'll order all books that are not translated yet, but... It may cost, so probably I'll ask everyone intrested to help me raise money for this.Every book is about $20.But now, there are still 2 books left and maybe translator from The House of Frobisher will finish book 8 soon ?

Sana: thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you for all your hard work on Love Mode. It's currently my favorite manga.

I've mentioned before that i love the pics of Aoe Reiji when he's playing pool. just to add to this, my favorite storylines are the ones featuring Reiji and Naoya, but my favorite character so far is actually Arashi. he's cute, and he always seems happy. i like happy characters [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

Wow...$20 a book? That's really expensive...where do you order your books from? I've seen places online that sell books for about $5 a piece. (well, with shipping added on at end [img]tongue.gif[/img] )

And, I forgot to tell you all - do you know, that they are 3 DRAMA CD of 'Love Mode' ? I donwloaded mine by WinMX ... One have booklet with short manga (TxI), I plan to scanlate it soon ^^

I always have the same problems while coloring and 'd like to post it here.. does anyone knows what eye color is Takamiya? ^^;; he looks blond so it could be blue but we never know, I can't find the few color pics I have... alos, what hair color is mainly the rest of the team? Izumi BnB already killed me when I found out he was "red", I don't want to color them all wrong v__v;;

and now, of most the picture I've colored, I always put dark blue for Aoe's hair.. I think it suits him, does it matter? ^^;;;; (or am I the only one who thinks it's nice on him? 0_o )

Wellll... are you working from Japanese versions...?

Granted, I've got months' worth of translating to do at the moment, but I like the story... ^^;;;

(Of course, $20 per book is really reasonable considering the amount of time it takes to read and type and figure out the best phrasing and proofread and stuff; if I were going to charge for translations I'd do it by hour rather than by book...)

^^;;; aw shucks...

I'm not that much of an altruist; I want to read these things too! And while I *can* sit down and read (for example) Cain and Blood Hound in Japanese slowly and carefully, I like it much better when I can sit down and just *read* without having to translate too, so I can just appreciate the art without struggling so much... so I reread scanslations of things I've translated just to be *able* to read them, if you see what I mean... ^^;;; so I figure if it's something I'd do anyway, I'm not going to charge for translating when the actual truth is somebody else's doing ME the favor of editing it! ^^;; (thanks again, Crisis and Carole!)

Now, if someone tied me in a chair and made me translate (shudder) Love Hina or Saber Marionette or some "drooling fanboy gets himself a harem" show like that, then I *would* charge 'em, because I sure wouldn't be doing it because I liked the story! ^^;;;;;;
